Here is a pamphlet called "PCJ, Short Waves and Long Distances." This classically-styled, sepia-tone promotional piece was issued by the the Philips radio station, early precursor to Radio Netherlands, seemingly around 1929. It tells the story of PCJ, and most of the items cited in it are from 1927 or 1929. I believe that "five-language announcer" on page 14 is a young Eddie Startz.
